Celtic Dreams Ironwork offer a 14 day full money back guarantee
if you are not happy in any way with your chosen purchase
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT and delivery to the UK
mainland. Unless otherwise specified.
Unless specified, payment will be required by Credit/Debit card/cheque
prior to despatch of the goods. Any variations will be at the
discretion of Celtic Dreams Ironwork.
Cooling off Period – Customers have seven working days in
which they may cancel an order except where goods are made specifically
to your specifications/measurements.
Any cancellation must be notified by e mail, to
celticdreamsironwork@btinternet.com
or by Fax 01745 815857.
In the event an order is cancelled within 7 days of the original
order date, a refund will be made, which will be equivalent to
the original amount debited from a Credit/Debit card, less any
bank charges incurred by Celtic Dreams Ironwork.
Any damaged items should be reported direct to Celtic Dreams Ironwork
within 24 hours of delivery of the goods.
Goods may only be returned if they are in the original packaging.
Any costs associated with the return of the goods will be borne
by the purchaser.
