Thank you for my order so promptly received. I was initially concerned at placing an order with yourselves primarily because of uncertainty over relying on a brochure and the impossibility of actualy seeing the quality of the goods.

I have to say though how delighted I am with all aspects of dealing with your company. The brochure was clear and concise ( other brochures for curtain rails that I have obtained were quite impossible for me to calculate the goods I required and the price), the range of products met my requirements and the price was totally acceptable. What has particularly delighted me though is both the very short timescale between placing the order and receiving the goods and the quality of the items received which is outstanding.
